Serv@Net is our secure and sophisticated web-based policy management service. As a credit insurance customer of Atradius, you will be able, via the Serv@Net system to manage the key tasks relating to the operation of your policy right from your desktop.

This easy-to-use, interactive system allows you to input credit limit applications and view underwriting decisions and management information for every country covered under your policy.

You can also submit claims and monitor recovery action, as well as view the full terms and conditions of your coverage via our unique Policy Viewer system.

This system not only allows you to input and view data, it also acts as in interactive tool, with alerts about future changes to your policy or coverage on specific buyers and other information concerning your policy. This allows you to manage your policy easily and efficiently.
